Revelations by Dai Vernon is a book which annotates The Expert at the Card Table by S.W. Erdnase. Does anyone know if this book is still available for sale? If it is, where? Thanks.

Yeah, I've tried that. But most of the hits were about video series of the same name. I don't know if TKK was after Erdnase, or Revelations (book).

Unfortunately, it has been out of print for some time now, and is rather difficult to find. A copy will occasionally pop up on e-bay, but it's not uncommon to see them go for ~$200 a piece.
On the bright side, it's currently in the process of being reprinted, along with a whole host of Vernon photographs that had been found since it's original publication. The reprints were originally slated to be available for the magic history conference last year, but the release was delayed for some reason(s). I believe they'll be available some time this summer.
