In the trailer video it says Genesis was shot in "True HD". Is there any way to download or purchase an HD copy as it obviously won't be true HD on a DVD disc. Thanks!
Not with the technology we have at our disposal today - but, having such high quality source footage does result in a higher quality final product. As you mentioned, the DVD (or download) formats are downconverted for your viewing pleasure - but the crystal clear raw footage makes for a more vivid, clear, crisp result.
I do anticipate this changing soon, though - as technology advances quickly and BluRay capabilities (and HD Downloads) are surely in our future.
