Shipping question...

I've purchased plenty of stuff from T11 and i always use ground shipping and i get it from 3 to 4 business days never later but now i had ordered a couple things and i'm on day 6 and nothing and now i realized i don't have a tracking number would should i do?

I was curious about my shipping of LIT, I sent them a message on support and got a prompt response. Just shoot them a message and they'll reply fast enough.

im not sure and i know im not a crew but dont ellulsionist and theory11 have basically the same shipping charges??? if they do then the reason could be that weekends don't count. I oredered extreme burn and it took like 7 days to get here. you probably always oredered on a mon. or Tues.

Yes, weekends can play a factor as to when things get to you. Anyway, I'd recommend waiting at least 2 weeks starting from the time you made your order before contacting support. Sometimes UPS can be a little behind. Patience.
