Because its holiday season, there have been numerous delays with packages.
Express Mail International usually takes 3-5 business days; however, all shipping times are estimates given by the shipping company -- UPS, USPS -- which controls how fast your package gets to you.
Nonetheless, for any order related issues, always submit a support ticket directly at www.theory11.com/support. If your delivery time falls outside of the estimated range, give the support team a buzz -- the support guys will try their best to find out exactly where the package is and when it should arrive.

Seeing as how you ordered on the 27th you ordered before a weekend. Therefore 2 days were weekend days, NOT business days. Today, is a holiday due to the fact that it's New Years. So technically your order has only been shipping 2 days.
It also depends on when you received your shipping confirmation.
