Hi, I ordered a deck of cards on April, 16. I chose the standard shipping which it will be delivered in 4-7 days. But whats this about the First class where i have to wait 7-21 days? I don't get it :confused:

It all depends on where you live. The Standard Shipping is for residents of the US, as well as Expedited and Crazy Fast.

If you live outside of the US you will get the options First Class, Priority, and Express Mail International.

You also have to take into account business days, which is Monday-Friday. Nothing moves on the weekend.

oh ok, i live in Texas and i chose STANDARD shipping , does that mean it will come 4-7 business days ?

As stated on the shipping information page, the alloted delivery times are estimated, which means they are accurate 99.9899% of the time. With the Standard shipping option, your package should arrive within 4 to 7 business days, but there are rare instances when it may take a day or two longer to arrive.

However, once an order leaves the theory11 warehouse (within 24 hours), theory11 actually has no control over how fast it is delivered. Nevertheless, if there are any issues, simply submit a support ticket, and the support crew will take care of you.
