Sizes for Thumb Tips?

Hey guys,

Im looking for a vernet(preferably) plastic thumb tip but I dont know how big are the sizes.
I'm looking for something close to 1 3/4" diameter and 1 1/2" long thumb tip
any recommendations?

Well, you dont want the thumb tip to go over your whole thumb. You want it .to go over just about your thumb nail

but if it is just over the nail... it will be kinda tight and it looks deceptive...
i dont know how yours looks like but mine looks like that

It shouldn't be too tight. A rule of thumb (pun intended) is to make sure the edge of the tip goes to the knuckle of your thumb. I'm lucky and have a magic shop nearby where I could try on different tips to make sure they fit. I think some sites have a measuring system where you measure your thumb and compare it to a chart. I'll try and find it now....

BTW: My magic teacher told me that once, the security searched him, and didn't wanted them to see the thumb tip so he put it on his thumb and they didn't noticed it XD

Well i dont know if this will help you but try squeezing the the TT in the back. If you squeeze it back and forth it gets a little bigger. (if that made any sense...) I did that and mine is now perfect.
