Smoke by Alan Rorrison problem

I've had Smoke for quite some time but recently I get almost no smoke from it compared to when I first bought it. In some scenarios it's not even possible to tell any smoke comes out of my mouth, it's that weak. I've tried charging it and using a new "bit" to see if the last had run out but no luck.

Anyone had this problem? Any idea on fixing it?

Very strange - assuming you are using a new smoke cartridge (it's not empty), this sounds like an issue with your battery. Shoot a message to our support crew and we will make sure this gets resolved for you ASAP.

Wow, I am having the same exact problem and have logged onto the forums to see if there was a similar post. To my surprise, it was the very first post I saw! Haha.

I too will contact support to get to the bottom of this.
