when i email theory 11 for submissions do i give the method 4 the trick??? or do i wait till they say they are intersted, cos i didn't put the method, only the information..

I'm almost positive you don't have to include the method.

Yeah you don't need to include the method. You can also submit a ticket to the staff with all your questions. They could give you more accurate answers.

In regards to the method, if they like your effect, they'll contact you about its method; if you want, however, you can include it, but it would be better teaser, if the method was missing.
