Support Ticket - No response?

Hey guys,

Just posting because I submitted a support ticket on the 27th October and didn't hear back. Tried submitting another one on the 2nd of November and still no response (in regards to an order I should have received by now).

Just thought it odd to take this long as I usually receive a response very quickly.

Strange. I always hear back within 24 hours.

Double check your spam folder in your e-mail, it may have gotten filtered.

By chance do you have a .net or .aol e-mail?

While you're there Lyle, I've had a similar issue which I'd pretty much given up on. Any chance of looking into that for me?

I sent an email reply to support o Tuesday, I didn't get an automated message, so I sent another one separately on Wednesday.
Still waiting for a response.
I usually get a reply within 12 hours, checked my junk mail too.
