One of the most popular plots in standard card magic today is that of the sandwich routine. In a sandwich effect, two cards (generally of the same value) are used to locate a selection that has been lost in the deck. Sandwich effects range from the highly visual, to simple and direct.

In this week's edition of our 1-ON-1 SESSIONS, we focus in on a few of our favorite sandwich routines - with some 1-on-1 training recommendations hand selected by our team of magicians and cardists.

: : SUBWAY / / DAN & DAVE / / INTERMEDIATE / / $4.95
Dan and Dave's completely modernized handling of Earl Nelson's popular trick, "Submarine Sandwich" from his book Variations. The easiest trick they do and perhaps the most visual.

: : CRUNK / / DANIEL MADISON / / INTERMEDIATE / / $4.95
Crunk is a fast, deceptive, sandwich effect. A card is freely selected, remembered, and lost in the deck. You then produce two aces within a flourish. You hold the edges of the aces and pull them out - instantly they have trapped one card... the selection.

: : ISHKABIBBLE SANDWICH / / ERIC JONES / / INTERMEDIATE / / $9.95
One selected card literally and visually pops in between two face up Kings held over the deck. In this 18 minute instructional video, Eric outlines every sleight, detail, and nuance that make this effect so scandalously visual and silky smooth.

SPECIAL PROMO : For those wishing to purchase all of the above, we've setup a special promotion. Order all three videos and receive a 20% DISCOUNT - for this week ONLY.

Be sure to check out our last 1-ON-1 SESSIONS - ALL IS REVEALED - and check back next Tuesday for another edition. See you then!

the iskibibble sandwich is the sexiest thing I've seen since last night.

....what?

Crunk looks too confusing I got dizzy watching all the movements

I've been looking for a good sandwich routine! Thank you!

Ishkabibble Sandwish is pretty slick. Eric Jones is smooth.

I watched Crunk twice and I still can't follow it.
