I'm sure it's been discussed before, but I just want a quick answer.
I was browsing through Books-a-Million today and saw a rack of Guardians. Do you guys authorize the distribution and sale of your cards at retail stores, or does the USPCC do whatever they want with the designs they print? If it's the latter, does the USPCC own the rights to every deck of cards they print?
Care to fill me in on the nooks and crannies of the USPCC's policies?
