A pass is the invisible transposition of a card or a packet of cards. yes it is a pass and it is quite good.

It is a pass but, not one you'd expect to figure out by watching the preview. It is very simple, and clever and uses a concept that was new to me once I learned it.

If you're looking for a traditional pass to use in your effects for controlling a selection, then no, don't get this.

If you want a control that is new and fresh to play with, then by all means check it out.
