Hello guys,

I am in search of finding the best Triumph trick out there.
I adore Ben Train's Triumph trick. So visual:)

But again, what is a triumph trick that literally shuffles face up to face down? Is there one?

Best is a subjective term but one that I find very visual is Dani DaOrtiz open triumph. When I first saw it I was floored.

Last phase of Revolver by Greg Wilson is a nice triumph bit. I'll also second Dani DaOrtiz's Open Triumph, very nice routine. Kostya Kimlat's Road Runner Cull DVD has the Culligula triumph, which is difficult, but genuinely shuffles the deck.

Triumph isn't really a visual trick. The 'magic' happens unseen. Visual is a term that's thrown around a lot in the magic world, which means it's frequently misused. Visual magic is magic that can actually be seen, such as the Snap Change. The face of the card is shown, and without ever being covered, changes into another card. Torn - The card is restored in the open. With Triumph, the magic happens invisibly, so it's not visual.
