Using a double backer...

i was wondering for wat do we use the double backer????? i didnt use it my entire magi life and i bought the deck 6 months ago so plz help.

There is a book called Mark Wilson's complete course in magic. This teahes many magic effects. it includes many tricks involving double backers as well. This book is great investment.
