Craig.. what you said sounds good for the sake of magic's philosophy, but in reality there are some forces that are 100%.

Even using a cross-cut force, the spectator could ask for the card on the bottom of the cut; in a riffle force, the spectator can say, "actually I said stop too soon, can you go five more cards?" after you've split the packets; using a forcing deck, the spectator can go for the top or bottom card if you have different cards in those positions or can insist on naming the card they choose. Nothing is 100%.

I just have to add a short funny and kind of sad story. There was a magician in Serbia some years ago on TV who did "Classic Force" in every single show with 100% accuracy. The show was live. How? He used a stooge lol So if you want your force to work, just use a stooge and you can force ANYTHING lol

p.s. The story is true, but I'm kidding about using stooges. Thank you!
