what is the best TNR ?

i want a TNR effect wich required no duplicates and the card can be signed and freely choosen by the spectator in addition to this no gimmicks of any kind help please :)

I don't know that many TNR's but I think the one that you are describing can only be done with actual, real magic. Also, if you cannot find a version you like, why not create your own to fit the criteria you listed?

On this very website you're on, theory11, they have a TNR called REF4M, it uses only 1 card, no gimmicks, you can perform it surrounded, and the card can be signed. =P
 
I hate to make this an advertisement, but I just released Fuze, and it's been getting great reviews. The card can be signed, and it can be shown front and back before, during, and after the tearing process. Also, the spectators initials can be put onto the corner after it's ripped off as an extra convincer that it has restored. Plus, I teach a method where no forcing is necessary! And everything is examinable!

Ref4m is probably the most practicle TNR out there. I know that there was a trick called the less than one card trick as well that is pretty nice as well.
