I entered a battle and the deadline to upload a video is:
VIDEO DEADLINE: Jul 22 '08 @ 17:00 Eastern

I live in US/ New York.
What is 17:00?

Yes, thats 5:00 for you. You should learn military time... it's really not that hard.

Yup -- the deadline is 5:00pm on July 22nd. The trick to converting from military time is subtracting 12 hours from it -- as long as the time is greater than 12:00. In this case, 17:00 - 12:00 = 5:00pm. On the other hand, if it the time is less than 12:00, such as 05:00, then it is just that time, but in the morning.
