What Makes a Deck "Bicycle"?

I was just curious...
Why is it that some custom decks, such as the Steampunks, Centurions, and Guardians, are labelled as Bicycle decks (i.e. have the word "Bicycle" on the box), whereas other, such as the Monarchs and Sentinels, don't?

...And speaking of Sentinels, when are those going to be back in stock?

What makes a deck "Bicycle" is whether you want to pay for that label (in most cases). The Bicycle label is known throughout the world, so using it with your own custom deck costs more. However, in Theory11's case, and other big companies, the label is a status symbol, with and without. The Steampunks and Guardians are more for a wider audience, and the Sentinels and Monarch decks are "higher end" decks. Decks that distinguish card men (and women) from people that play cards, in my opinion. Take this all with a grain of salt. Anyway, when a deck is made, you can choose to put the Bicycle name on it, for a little extra cash.
