What's the Time?

The time in Singapore for the additional release window at 3:00pm EST on Wednesday would be 4:00am SGT.

The next official release window on Friday, January 11th at 11:00pm EST may be more convenient, which would be 12:00pm SGT in Singapore.

it will be 4am for me on thursday and the next release would be 12pm on sat..
 
You're right, in Singapore, the next release window would be Thursday at 4:00am SGT -- which is equivalent to Wednesday at 3pm EST -- and Saturday 12:00pm SGT -- which is equivalent to Friday 11:00pm EST.

It is a tad confusing. :D
