It's a simple flourish, starts by a pivot cut, 1st packet is placed in the left hand, then the second packet is split into two so you have three packets, then the 3rd packet rotates between your left and right thumb and the 2nd packet and 3 packet switches place so to speak (sorta like a scissor cut), anyone know what this flourish/cut is called?

That tutorial is infact something I made long ago. You should be able to recognize my desk if you have seen me on mebeam or something.
