When will The Archive be back up?

Just wondering when The Archive will be back up? For the past few days I haven't been able to buy anything.

I just get the message "The Archive and Elite Point Purchases are down for maintenance but will be restored by 11:00am EST. Sorry for the inconvenience!" and it doesn't mention a date? I've been getting this for a while.

The Archive appears to be working, but how do you spend points on non-Archive items? That feature seems to have disappeared.
