What's the point of learning such an advance sleight when u can just control the card through several cuts ... ? Maybe if you are performing for another magician , they might say WOW ... "that was a clean pass" (unless they don't spot it". But when performing for random people , for them , their selection is just as lost in the deck using cuts than when using the pass.
