William Tell throwing tips?

Hello forum! Lately I have been experimenting with Daniel Garcia's card trick from the "DGP Project Volume 4" the tricks name is William Tell. I've got every part down with it besides the throwing portion so I was wondering if anyone here in the forums has some tips on the throwing in william tell or any other aspect of the trick thanks in advance!

Try hitting one of the corners onto the table. Essentially, you would want the card to bounce off the table into the middle of the pack. Not sure if that's what everyone does, but it's what I prefer. The rest is all practice.

I'm going to refer you to a move by Harry Lorayne that was published back in the sixties. It is part of the effect he calls "Stabbed In The Pack." He gave some great tips on how to throw the card into the deck. You should be able to google that to find some info on it. If not, let me know and I'll try to help some more.

Make sure you bend the card a little. It helps with the "bounce"
