I would like to get the download of wounded. can I buy the products necessary to perform at local shops, or do I HAVE to have the kit.

As much as I love the Wounded effect, the kit was way over priced. You can easily pick up each and every item from local shops, magic or costume, and at wal mart maybe or some other general store like such.
The items ARE fairly easy to find and if you bought all the items yourself you would probably save yourself 10 to 15 dollars but we at paper crane thought it would be convenient for most to do the leg work for you. Also some people don't have that many places to buy this stuff close to them so they have to buy online. The good news is that if you want to only do the tears of blood then that gimmick will only cost you a few bucks.
