Display a deck of cards with letters drawn on the back. You say this is a deck you call the Alphadeck. You pull out an odd backed card with a letter written on it from your wallet. The letter F. That is your prediction. Your spectators picks a card and remembers the letter. They picked the letter C. Sadly enough, the prediction doesn't match. With just a shake, however, you transform the C into an F very visually.
