Popcorn is an easy and useful move that can be used as a switch, a control or a colour change. It's clean, visual and practical. Enjoy!

This is a pretty reasonable color change/card control. My main complaint is that reaching across the front to grip the diagonally opposite corner of the two cards looks a bit unnatural.

I really like this move as it has more than one use... thanks so much Dan!

Cool move; not super practical as a color change but it is free.

This should maybe be intermediate rather than easy. The move doesn't take long to get, but beginners might have some trouble with it. The angle it's filmed in is a little difficult and awkward, so you can't really see what's going on. I would prefer to use this as a control rather than color change, but it's pretty good.

Easy, practical and overall a great trick to add to your repertoire. I was showing this move to my friends and family just after fifteen solid minutes of practicing - and they were amazed! Dan, Popcorn has a well deserved spot on the Wire! Keep it up!

Very good. There is a bit of angle sensitivity, but other than that it was great!

I wouldn't call this a particularly easy move, more intermediate, but definitely doable with patience and practice. The angle of filming is kind of awkward and difficult to see what's happening, but it's a free download so nothing lost! Definitely prefer this as a subtle control over a color change, maybe even something to work into an Ambitious CR. I'd recommend it.

It is a good move but should (in my preference) be rated at medium because the move is a bit tricky.

Good job with the adaptation of an existing move.

This was cool, it reminded me of a Daniel Madison change he did in Revelations. Like it more as a control than a change but still great.

This move is great! It only took a few minutes to learn and I can already think of a lot of useful applications!

Loved this deceptive change. Can be used as just a color change or also a production. The explanation was great and it really showed you everything you need to know as well as giving you more info to look up. Just need to practice!

One of the best color changes yet! Not to mention how useful it is!

Dallas, TX • Apr 4th, 2014

Neat little move! You could have definitely charged for this. Thanks for sharing!

It's a simple color change but you can't perform this for real people, just in front of the camera. Also it's not something completely new.
