I've practiced this color change here and there along with other one-handed changes. It's a solid little move, and the price makes it even better. The more you practice, the smoother it gets.

Looks good. Takes a little practice, but not bad. Being one-handed is a plus. Cleans up nice. The tutorial has no speaking -- it's slow motion and stop frames with subtleties displayed in text. While different from the way other tutorials are presented, it does an excellent job in describing the move.
