Ferris Wheel is a Sybil style cut that utilizes multiple rotations to create a nice flowing flourish. The peak of this flourish is the fifth packet that is free flowing and glides through the center of the flourish without any use of the fingers, just gravity. This stylish five packet cut is easy to learn and addicting.
