Oak Lawn, IlHow did you first get started in magic?
I was on vacation when i was 11 years old visiting my grandfather. Which he is pretty grand. Any who, we were supposed to go to disney land or world. Always screw up which one is which. But, anyway it was raining. So, instead, we went to a little strip in the area. Of which, I came across a magic shop. The rest is history. I'm 25 now, and I've been doing it ever since that magical day. Pun intended!
Which artists have inspired you the most in your work thus far?
Oh wow. Thats a loaded question! Sankey,Houchin,Garcia,Blaine,Angel,Copperfield,Pen&Teller (saw bother C and P&T live in vegas. There are many more. But those are the first that came to mind. :)
What advice would you give to new performers just starting today?
Don't ever let that passion burn out! Practice like crazy! Dedication and hard work, will take you extremely far!!!
If you could have dinner with any magician, past or present, who would that be and why?
Pen Jillette! I know he's a big atheist, and respects christians that share their faith. Or as he says it, proselytize. Of which I always do when opportunity knocks. I'd love to sit down and chat. About magic, and compliment his face of about how much and admire and respect him of which to where him and Teller have brought magic to where it is today :) Also, of course to challenge his atheism :D
