A spectator chooses any card he likes and signs it, and then puts it back into the deck. The magician, after snapping his finger, says: "Your card has turned face-up in the deck."
The magician spreads the deck, and without a doubt there's only one card facing up. However, it's not the chosen one!! Oops.
But no need to worry, great magicians always have something up in the sleeves. The "wrong card" is held half way in the deck , and the magician simply throws it out. In the blink of an eye, it changes to the exact card the spectator chose and signed!

"Phat Change", where did the name come from?
Back in the day when I came up with this idea, I was in the restaurant of my good friend. The restaurant is named "Phat Burger", and their featured hamburger sets are famous in Taipei city. To remember the birth of the effect, I named it after the restaurant. Simple, amusing, and memorable.

Great color change, so smart and impressive.
Greece • May 26th, 2013This is a very unique color change, but not my style, I don't like gimmicked color changes. There is an ungimmicked version too and it's way better.
Vienna • May 23rd, 2013This effect is not my style as I prefer impromptu color changes. The change itself is a little bit difficult in the beginning and it's also very pricy.
If you are a card guy and you practice impromptu color changes, this is not the download for you. However, if you are and magician that wants a killer color change, this is the download for you.
Europe • May 16th, 20135 stars!! Great work!!!
Ukraine • May 3rd, 2013This is a awesome, visual colour change which makes sense in a 'wrong card' style rountine. However, I believe the price maybe should have been only $4 instead of $6. But overall, this is a great buy and the instructions are easy to follow.
United Kingdom • May 3rd, 2013Truly a new and nice color change but definitely not worth the price.
India • May 3rd, 2013This is an incredible color change. The change itself is definitely 5 stars, but it is a little pricy.
