Ljubljana, SiHi everyone. My name is Luka Malenšek, and i'm commonly known as malnsk. I'm 23 years old, I live in Slovenia and magic and cardistry is written in my DNA. I also love filming and editing videos and getting creative in photoshop and illustrator. Another passion of mine is music. I can't imagine my life without doing magic and cardistry.
How did you first get started in magic?
A schoolmate, now best friend showed me a simple three card prediction magic trick and i wanted to learn how he did it so bad. And when i did i was hooked!
Which artists have inspired you the most in your work thus far?
Definitely Wayne Houchin, Daniel Garcia and Jay Sankey. Brilliant minds in magic, and fun to watch.
If you could have dinner with any magician, past or present, who would that be and why?
Harry Houdini. I don't know, but i think it would be the best dinner ever.
What advice would you give to new performers just starting today?
Three words. Practice, practice, practice. And after you've done that, practice some more.
