Water Logged

Like a performing monkey you're asked to perform another trick and as luck would have it you happen to have your bottle of water and some rubber bands.

Show the bottle to be empty other than some water and that nothing is hidden under the cap.

Take a band off your wrist and you place it around the bottle.

With a wave of your hand the band penetrates the bottle and sinks to the bottom.

When your spectator(s) are done swearing and just before they threaten to burn you for the crime of witchcraft, hand them the bottle for examination.

Water Logged is a seemingly impromptu effect that is very easy to do and leaves your spectator with an impossible souvenir.

I really like the idea of this and, yes, it works but I wouldn't try it in "broad daylight"or too quiet a place. This is clever and creative but a lot could go wrong without practice and good audience management.

It's so simple, clean, and a great trick. I love it! So cool.

Love this trick. Easy to do and super visual. Everything is easy to understand and can be made immediately. I don't understand the criticisms of this being too expensive. There are drinks at Starbucks that cost more than this. This is a CREATIVE, ORIGINAL piece of magic, something that should be valued a lot higher actually.

The trick is very easy to understand, but the price is very high. The teaching is also not that great.

As usual, another great trick from Mark Zellinger. This is a nice, visual trick that is fairly easy to perform with few angles. Now, I will explain myself for giving this three stars.

First off, this trick is the exact opposite of impromptu. There is a gimmick and setup required, which makes this not impromptu at all.

Secondly, the sequence of putting the rubber band on the bottle could have been explained much better. I'm still having trouble understanding it, as it was not well explained, and have since then made up my own way to put the rubber band on the bottle.

All in all, this is a great concept and trick. The only reason I give this three stars is that some of the teaching could have been better and it was advertised somewhat falsely.

If this doesn't look like real magic, I don't know what does!

The vanishing of the rubber band is AMAZING and VISUAL!

Highly recommend it!!

The trick is really easy but that's not real magic. The method is easy to figure it out and it's overpriced.

I like the idea of this, but it was hard to see the rubber band inside the bottle so it may be better to use a colored rubber band that is more visible inside.

This is a powerful effect that uses some everyday objects. Super visual in an intimate setting with a spectator. If you like what you see, then you will not be disappointed! Great teaching, great method, great effect.
