I taught this a couple months ago, and I heard your critiques. This new tutorial covers the same flourish, but with an over the shoulder viewpoint, along with verbal instruction. This FREE 6 minute in-depth instructional will help you start performing Tumblr in no time!

Tumblr is a sexy three packet false cut that's relatively easy to perform. The packets look as if they're slowly tumbling over one another, making it a simple yet unique flourish.

Thanks for the support!

First of all, you have to acknowledge that Mr. James took time to read reviews and make a second tutorial of the same move and make it free. I'm a fan by that alone. Onto the move, Mr. James is fantastic and thorough in his tutorials and this one is no different. He makes the move easy and fun to learn and the tutorial doesn't rush you at any point. Even if you aren't a cardist, a flashy false cut is never a bad thing to learn in the realm of card magic.

I downloaded Tumblr when it first came out and I was disappointed with the quality of the teaching and the video as a whole. Tumblr 1.2 is a massive improvement to the original video and the cut is more beautiful than I originally remember it. I don't do cardistry but I've found myself doing this cut over and over again. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

This is a very nice flourish and it is taught much better this time, but I wish that the original ending was taught as well so that I could have an option on which way I would like to perform it. Overall it is a great flourish and worth downloading. Thanks, Michael.

I'm really happy Michael redid this. It would have saved me a lot of time a couple of months ago! All joking aside, great tutorial and really fun flourish to practice, and the deck flip at the end gives it some added pizzaz!

USASep 14th, 2012

This false cut is epic! I remember looking at the old tumblr and looking at the reviews and they said that it was just a shocking tutorial so I didn't download it. Now that he has remade the tutorial I've got it and I love it. I definitely suggest you download it especially as it's free!
