I've been around magic since I was very young. My dad showed me how to do a coin trick when I was ten. For the next few years I did nothing but study movements of cards and coins. At the age of 15 I was introduced to a man by the name of Jay Noblezada. He turned into a mentor and teacher. He introduced me to hypnosis, and that became a passion of mine. I have since stopped playing with cards and coins and have taken to playing with the mind. Mentalism and hypnosis cloud my thoughts since I turned 16.

This answer could be a book, but I will keep it short. So many great artist have influenced my work. I am a huge fan of Luke Jermay, Richard Osterlind, and the master David Berglas. That is an odd group to have influence my work, but every time I look at those men, I strive to do better. There are countless names that I borrow from in method, and I thank them all.

I could write a whole book about what I wish I would have known way back when. That being said, the most important piece of advice I could offer is this: understand the art. You are the artist, so your personality should shine through with each piece of magic you do. Magic shouldn't be about how clever you are, it should be about how your art makes others feel. To quote Penn form Penn & Teller "[The magician] Should never get more pleasure from the trick than the audience"

So in short, be entertaining. Don'y worry too much on the method, worry more on the presentation. And above all else, let your genuine self shine through. Paul Daniels said "Be the best you, because you would be rubbish at being someone else"

Methods change constantly, but principles stay the same. Dual reality is always the same idea, but the method to create is change all the time. I am more interested in the principles then I create methods to accomplish this. I then create a presentation of the effect. I then strip away the movements and the parts of the routine I don't need. The final part is scripting every word.
