Crossover between a packet cut and a spinning move. A packet is spun around the other packets while cutting them, closing everything in a smooth and comfy fashion. It can also be used separately as a stylish closer.

Really nice flourish. It would require a lot of practice, but it looks cool and is worth the effort.
