One of my favorite coin tricks. Only downside is doesn't work with a quarter. It has to be at least the size of a poker chip.

I think the trick is very cool in a video or online but it won't really work well in person because it is so angle sensitive. It is a very good trick for the money though.

I have several Rick Lax videos and every one of them is excellent. I was very excited to see this one listed here, especially since it's in my favorite price range, and I was not disappointed. Rick explains everything very well, as he always does, and this is an excellent effect, as his always are. The basic moves are simple enough to pick up quickly, but it should be noted that you will need some practice to do the moves smoothly and perfectly. Rick also provides three different finishes and I would recommend that you choose the one that for whatever reason appeals to you the most and concentrate on learning that one rather than trying to learn all three equally. Once you feel you have one finish down pat, you can always go back and work on another.

This video is very well done and Rick is an excellent teacher. I could figure out the vanish from the trailer so I don't think this should be labeled "advanced" but all the moves were well-explained and the re-appearances are top notch. As always, thanks for the freebie.

Although a bit angle sensitive, the vanish is very deceptive. And come on, it's free.

The tutorial is very well done, but I am a bit concerned about the angles. It's quite tricky to work with, but the payout looks really clean in the end.

Takes a good bit of practise to make it smooth but Rick teaches it very well. It is clear that he put time into this and it really shows as his explanations are great. It is free so you can't go wrong by getting it.

The best free effect on the Wire by far! I love it! It's nowhere near as hard to learn as he makes it out to be - and it's free! I would have bought this for a fiver any day.

I use it all the time and get great reactions. It takes a little practice, but I use this to make the chip or coin to go on the spectator's shoulder or in a card box, etc.
