This is the product of me sitting around with a horrible headache one summer day.
My Grain looks like there is a lot going on, when in reality, there isn't. This cut looks good from all angles, and is definitely something to have in your arsenal.
The tutorial is taught from two different angles - POV, as well as a front view. It is aimed toward the more experienced cardist, as there is no verbal teaching. If you can do the scissor cut, this flourish shouldn't be a problem for you.
