Semestral is a triumph effect made by Sullivan Case and David Valdes. There are six different effects with the same shuffle, the Definitive Shuffle. The trailer shows one of the six effects. The Definitive Shuffle is a shuffle we came up with because we felt that although the triumph effects that are out there right now are good, we felt that all of them had either a weird way of shuffling the cards or a false shuffle. Our shuffle lets the spectator square up the cards. All six effects are different ways of doing a triumph effect all based around the Definitive Shuffle. We can't go into them in great detail, only because if we do, it will give away the trick. But there are 4 impromptu methods, all using different controls and sleights, some that we came up with.
