I really liked that. Maybe your style was similar to Daniel Madison's, but so what. I saw some of your Youtube videos before Daniel Madison was a big name, and you used the style that he used. You credited everyone correctly and the flourishing was good.

You guys did a great job and Im glad seeing you putting in the work to make your videos have a saying and a message. What some people are saying dont let it get to you, about calling "Daniel Madison clone" it turns out if you do anything with cards and its in black&white people love to get on the ban-wagon and just call out names and not respect what you do and ignore you as a artist. I get the whole Daniel Madison wannabe thing all the time from people, well used to and I just sat back and laughed. One person(danielmadison) cant take a certain "style" and claim it as there own, Im not saying Daniel Madison is saying that but people are taking it that way. We do what we do because its us, and that is what makes this art go out and push further and make it what it is.

Y'all need to quit bagging on people for "copying" someone's style. If you bought Motion, and perform the cuts, then you really have nothing to be criticizing them for. If I pee standing up, then are all of you guys copying me? No. No you aren't.
I, personally, liked the video.
I think he is just talking about the editing style, the dressing style, and the cuts all combined. I understand why they are saying you are a d+M clone, and even though I partly agree, that doesn't change the fact that I like watching your videos.
I think you have an interesting style, it's fun to watch, and you give all the proper credits. You're not doing anything wrong.
Anyways, what was the awesome, crazy fast spinning move you did from 00:52 - 00:54, that looked awesome!
Everyone does flourishes they learn. Why am i the only one getting made fun of for doing his material? There are other people that do his flourishes. I just don't get why im the center of attention when it comes to someone "trying to copy" someone else. Thats kinda saying that no one is allowed to perform anyones flourishes because it will be taken as that person trying to "copy inch by inch" what that creator did.
Im just confused, no meaning of trying to be rude or insesitive to your opinions.

It's one thing to have your own style, and look, it's another to copy moves inch by inch without making it your own.The cut's were OK, but the rest just seemed to ooze Daniel Madison.[From the Cut's/ decks/ Black and white/ and grungy look.] I know the flourishing is all taken from other artists[At least almost all] and what was original seemed very uninspired to me. It looks to me that they are just trying to copy one person[or a couple] because that person(s) were successful. This is why a lot of people don't check the media part of this site.
I say this because you asked why, and not to be rude or mean, just tell the truth and offer some criticism.
Im just asking people not to be mean; look at the first comment there was no critism at all it was just rude. And isnt the reason he sell's his flourishes is so others can use them inch by inch; there was some minor alterations in some cuts and yes many were exact but you cant say he is the only one that does it look at pandora how many people do it. And also i must say just because DM uses that style of editing does not mean he created it if you look at Jons videos b4 flourishing (youtube vids) he was always dark so you can tell he just enjoys that style and there should be nothing wrong with that because the video was all for fun. All im asking is to not be mean to one of my friends thats all.
