The Spring Change

"This is a video of a colour change I discovered, that I call The Spring Change. As far as I know, it is original. If you know of any change that looks identical to this one, please let me know! Enjoy."

Nice change really ! Just one thing : why do you say in the beginning : 'it uses only just one card" ?? Don't run if you're not being chased man ! But I'm sure that you don't present it that way when performing for real people ;)

There is ALREADY a video or two around Youtube featuring the Spring Change. This sort of thing travels fast doesn't it?

I think it's a pretty old idea. I used that move in my change, but as a lead up to the move. And I saw you at my magic shop before (Browser's den). And I just think your way too fast and fierce when you perform. Though that is your style, and I respect it.

Who are you? As far as research goes, as well as the input of those with a really expansive magic knowledge, this can be claimed as a "new" change. The move is not what you think it is... from what you describe, you use the old-as-the-hills Push In Change, which looks similar. In mine, the card is not "pushed" into the deck, it's sprung in, hence the name.

Performed decently. Kinda messed around with it myself a while ago but never developed the fluidity you seem to have with it. That is, of course, assuming it's done the same way I did my change (which i'm sure it is; unless you're the devil). Cheers, Ben

From the point of view of a complete n00b and thus pretty close to a layman, the change itself looked awesome to me, lol. I think I figured the method though, but not because of anything you did, but purely because there's only really one way the change can work. It's far from easy though, lol. (well for me, lol) Nice to see a new change!

You were too fast on your preformance. Be calm its only a camera :) Your bodylanguage screamed "aah let this be over already". Take it easy and talk in a normal talking speed, the change however was quite good although it was a bit slow(yes i said slow), you draw it back and hold it there for way too long. Try to do it as visible as possible. Other than that it was quite good, 4/5 i guess.

Thank you for the feedback. Speed has been increased greatly, the change occurs literally twice as fast as shown here.
