laymen wont really understand what is going on. like i kinda had trouble. like the card changed places. but why three two of diamonds? do u have a reason for using 3? maybe it was missing the patter. but at least there was titanic music. not my favorite song from the soundtrack,
but still you need the reasoning to back up why you have 3 twos.
also you did over prove the backs. for magicians it might be an alright thing to over prove backs, but for laymen, they see a red back on one card, its a red back
they see any back its a back.
but other than it it was alright
To magicians the secret is obvious, but to a spectator they wouldnt know what was going on. However, if you are into packet tricks like this, I would recomend looking up: Barry Taylor's "Guess Again Revelation". It is wonderful.
I'm in agreement with this guy, I think the actual transposition was very nice but...
I thought there was far too much going on between the actual placing of a card down and the transposition happening that at one point I actually wondered whether something had happened before I realised the card that was there was the one that should still have been there and nothing had happened; confusing I know, but that's my point... I got confused.
This is something I think Ineski was trying to grab at with his 'Unnatural' video, not saying that your handling was unnatural, but that the effects are getting lost amongst complicated procedures that seemingly do nothing. I don't know how many times you did it but you showed me they all had backs once at the start and that was enough for me... maybe once at the end to solidify the thought would've been good to, but it felt like you'd done it at least 3 times, just showing me cards y'know?
If I was a spectator, I would be very unlikely to even suspect *the gaff I think is being used* because it's not something I'd stumble across in my magically-ignorant life. :P The over-showing I think might start to raise alarms that perhaps there is something *relevant to the gaff I think is being used*...
