Choppy is the last thing that would come to my mind when watching this video. Where did you find it choppy? Maybe you'd better check your internet connection.
And not everything needs to be done at 500 MPH. A lot of times it's easier to see what's going on when one slows things down a bit.

your flourishing is pretty choppy so try to smooth them out, and personally i think that the music did not fit the video very well but overall it was an alright video. i like the shirt though
The moves were well practiced, but you need to speed them up a little more :) Awesome job anyway. I enjoyed the music and the overall flow of the video, but on the clipshift, don't make it so short (like just the replacement), do the full colorchange... don't take the easy way out ^^
What was the name of the song? The editing/production was simple, but well done.
