Late Nite Sandwich

Thank you all for your positive reviews, I will try to improve what I can. I just wanted to add, when I thought it was one of the cleanest sandwiches, it's because the spectator itself can take the two jokers on the table, place them on top of the pack, then cut and go trough the deck to find the three cards. With no spectators, I used a Clipshift. Anyway, thank you for taking the time to respond to this video. Foppa

I think that the idea is good, but then again, I don't believe that Racherbaumer wrote up the Clipshift in the Hierophant. ;P As for the translocation that you performed, It is a very decent and direct routine, moves or not. Also, take into consideration that this IS a magic forum where people like to share their ideas and fool magicians. All move monkeys welcomed. =) As for a trick that you would want to show a magician, it is very standard to today's workings on the sandwich/translocation plot. Personally, I am not a fan of sandwich tricks for the main reason that most of them do not have justification for using "sandwich cards," nor good presentation. However, if anyone wants to check out a personal favorite, see if you can find anything on Geoff Latta. @Motas, as for the Kelly Bottom Placement, here is some information: THe OMM (Ovette Master Move) predates the KBP (Kelly Bottom Placement), in which Frank Kelly published. However, in 1927 the OMM was sold as a $1 manuscript by Ovette himself, but in the manuscript, there is no information of Ovette claiming the move as his, and there is no information of him crediting anyone for the move.

im gonna be honest here so dont hate me. but there were FAR to many moves in that routine. for just a one phase sandwich routine, you put in way to many unessessary sleights and controls. you also hesitated when you did the "move" of putting the jokers on the table, just smooth out the moves, and take out about 3/4s of the sleights. just because the moves are complicated, doesnt mean the effect is clean. but i respect that you actually took the time to learn the moves. the clipshift was done very well. you have potential, but for a one phase trick, it just seemed too much by-play

It's nice, but I wouldn't say it's the CLEANEST sandwich ever created. To me the cleanest sandwiches effects are those that respect Darwin Ortiz's "no contact rule" : the jokers never touch the deck. Yes, it involves palming, which is never a good thing before the unforgiving eye of a camera recorder, but in real life conditions it's just the best !
