Im about to completely over critical, so take everything I say with a huge grain of salt.
Your Zarrow needs serious practice, work out the timing of raising it off the table and spreading the cards.
NEVER perform a triumph or reverse effect with Bee cars, without the white borders the method is incredibly obvious. Thats the reason they make bee cards, so a card CAN'T be reversed without suspicion
It looks like you're doing about 50x more moves than you actually are. relax your hands! every time you spread the cards it looks like 3 passes have happened in the moment before the cards are spread. Tension is the enemy of card magic, relax your digits!
Your moves look blocky, try to smooth everything out. When you dealt the hearts out you were using an awkward, inefficient method of dealing. Thus it looked arrogant, and too far to long. The audience cares about the effect, not how elegantly you can deal cards off the top of the deck. DON'T MAKE SLEIGHTS OUT OF THINGS THAT AREN'T.
Overall: less tension, less meaningless elegance, use bordered cards, relax a lot.
Despite my over critical critique, it certainly looked like you practiced, and you certainly seem like a good magician. Take my notes as ideas to help you, not criticisms of your performance.
