You clearly have the work ethic to be a great magician.
I am only trying to give you my humble advice, because I believe you have talent.
I'd recommend checking out The Dai Vernon book of magic, Our Magic, and Chicago Surprise by Whit Haydn.

Before I give you some advice, a little bit of information about my background.
I have been a full time professional magician for around 6 years.
I do a comedy parlor show, and do close up magic for hundreds of people every week.
I've studied with some of the greats, and learned a lot the hard way.
I do feel compelled give you some advice, and I mean it in only the most constructive way possible.
When performing magic for the public, a natural and unassuming double lift will be much more useful TO YOUR MAGIC than a fancy / flourishy one.
MAGICIANS will be impressed by your ability to do a double lift like this, because they know how difficult this is. They know you are doing a double lift anyway, and this is prettier looking.
LAY PEOPLE think differently from magicians. They do not know about double lifts.
Doing this kind of flourish will hurt your effectiveness in constructing a strong effect in the mind of a regular (paying) lay person.
There is a harmful trend in magic for magicians to do flourishes while they are doing a slight.
We do NOT want any "heat" on what we are doing when we are doing a sleight.
Your sleights should be invisible, and covered by misdirection.
Doing a flourish during a sleight is the opposite of misdirection.
Handling sleights in a flourishy way kills the illusion of magic happening at the end of the effect.
People will give you credit for your skill, but will not have their minds blown, the way they would if your sleights were completely "invisible"
Our slights should look like the everyday actions we are pretending to do.
ie. turning over two cards should look like the way a regular person turns over one card, because that is what we are pretending to do.
In a perfect world we appear to make impossible things happen while using only fair and natural actions.
