Unboxing

I actually liked the effect but think you could sell it better with some type of noise as well so it "sounds" like a card is in the box. This wouldn't be examinable but you could have a small object, coin attached to a string inside the bottom of the box to rattle or use the lid to make a noise as mentioned above.

this would fool any laymen but i think you shouldn't move so fast sometimes i know you kinda had to but slow it down just a bit , cause laymens don't like fast moving hands :P t's to suspicious :P

I didn't like it. But great idea/concept.

Place the box on the deck bit injogged or outjogged . It'll give impression that card is going into the box . Also, do subtlety Daniel Garcia did on one of his tricks where he shakes the box and pushes in flap slightly few times to make the sound which sounds like there's a card inside . Cool ideas and moves, but I think the false insertion of the selection into the box looks too unnatural and suspicious. To be more convincing you need a good excuse to place the box on the deck. Unfortunately I can't think of one. One solution would be to place an indifferent card into the box, but then the spectator wouldn't be allowed to check the box at the end - if it was necersary! I like your clean ending, with the box empty. Kind regards Tom
