Smoke

Here is my first performance of Smoke and the routine "Portal". I usually try out any new tricks on my brother, family, or friends. I wanted to try something new by using two camera angles. Also a couple of other ideas using smoke!

For your performance of Portal, you should have the palm of your hand face-down, holding the lighter under it for a longer period of time....The idea is that the smoke from the flame rises and "enters the portal". Also, go beyond the basic portal patter.....you should give a meaning behind the portal to say why it is real. Pretty good, though.

Chris, there's a reason Portal's taught on the DVD. Just because there's tons of applications for Smoke, doesn't mean it has to be used for that. Nice job with the performance, only thing I'd have to say is slow it down. You brought your hand up too fast, in my opinion. Slow it down, it'll get better reactions.

nice to see you using smoke and getting reactions, but cmon, lets not all do portal like dan white ok? get some personality of your own in it. also the smoke in the cup wasnt very good looking. but keep workin with it and comeing up with new applications.
