Spread Shots & More

what kind of camera did you use? I want to start shooting the stuff that I do, but all the stuff I've ahot is too blurry because my hands are moving too fast.

Is it your own technique ? or have you learnt it from dvd? I would like to learn a few spread shot for myself )) thanks

I completely created it myself :) For as far as I know I haven't seen it anywere elso so. It isn't that hard though. Just watch me perform it a few times and try to do the same. With a little practice you'll be able to do it ;)
