This is my favorite card trick!! It looks very impossible! No gimmicks and no crimped cards!! I hope you like it!!

If he has NEVER watched sniper by Red Tsai and came up with the method all by himself. He has every right to post a tutorial.

He has to prove that he thought of it FIRST. Otherwise it's not his to share.

No he doesn't. If I never watched Dresscode and began making tutorials using Calen Morelli's method Calen wouldn't be very happy with me. The same goes with this trick. Copyright goes to whoever published it first, this means that the trick is Red Tsai's until Kardistry can prove that he came up with the effect first.

how do you know the kick effect is 'sniper'. Maybe you never see sniper before. I said two completely different tricks. you can try........

The effect is "Sniper" by Red Tsai you can purchase it. Posting a tutorial would be blatant exposure.
