20 Decks og White Monarchs total in the video, assuming no box is empty, and the face up deck is indeed white monarchs. That would make 52 x 20 which equals 1040 White Monarch Cards.. Plus jokers, and not counting ad cards : 1080 White Monarchs-ish :)
